Once you have filled in the order form & it has been confirmed as an order by 'mm...deli' this is your commitment to purchase the buffet.
Please place your order within a week of the buffet date - we can take orders for small buffets (5 - 19) a couple of days in advance - larger buffets (20 + ) require 1 week or more notice. Any small alterations can be made within 2 days of your buffet date - please communicate any alterations with us as soon as possible!
Please let us know who you would like the invoice to be made out to & any alternative contact address for payment. We will invoice you & expect payment within 30 days after the buffet date. We also accept payment before hand if that is convenient for you! No deposit is usually required, unless you'd like to make one!?
We will confirm the payment total. Cheques should be made payable to 'mm...deli' & delivered post haste to: 610 Mansfield Road, Sherwood, Nottingham, NG5 2FS. We also accept cash & credit/ debit card payments - if you want to use a credit/ debit card you will have to come to 'mm...deli' to make payment as we have no on line/ telephone payment facilities at present. Thanks!
We will also arrange picking up of our empty trays & bowls etc.at the end of your buffet.
There is no charge for cancellations notified 2 days or more before your buffet date. After that there will be a 10% charge for late cancellation to cover our costs. When booking & confirming your order you also agree to pay this cancellation fee.
